From April 19th-21st, 2019, Ms Jitanong Phongkaew, Ms Thamonwan Aunprasert, Ms Narinthon Lertsrinapaporn and Ms Sirinya Thongnum,4th Year students, Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, joined consultant Lect Dr Somchoke Kittisakulnam to participate in the Novel Research & Innovation Competition 2019 under the topic, “Novel Sodium-reduced Mixed Fish Sauce from Fish Sauce and Sa-Thorn (Millettia leucantha Kurz) Leaves Liquid” at Universiti Sains Malaysia. They won the bronze medal of 58 researchers from top universities in Asia.
