On March 12, 2020, Prof. Wachira Kochakarn, Acting Vice President for Research and Scientific Affairs, gave an opening speech in the Share and Learn meeting on the topic ‘National Institute of Health (NIH) Grant Application and Administration’ at Taweewattana Conference Room, Salaya Pavilion Hotel and Training Center, Mahidol University International College. The meeting objectives were to share experiences and efficient techniques for research project proposal to get National Institute of Health (NIH) grant, moreover, to guide application process and suggest how to manage the project after being selected.
Interesting sessions were presented, for instances, the lecture on “Efficient Techniques for Research Project Proposal to getNational Institute of Health (NIH) grant” by Dr. Jetsumon Sattabongkot Prachumsri from Faculty of Tropical Medicine together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thomas Ebanan Guadamuz from Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, the guideline session on application process and research project management after receiving National Institute of Health (NIH) grant by Mrs. Sirawan Assawamakin, Head of Research Promotion Unit, Research Management and Development Division, and followed by the workshop.
