On 17 January 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kampanad Bhaktikul, Dean of Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattanawat Chaiyarat, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, Lect. Dr. Sukanya Sereenonchai and Lect. Dr. Noppol Arunrat, faculty members, welcomed a visit from Prof. Shen Yu, Senior Scientist and Executive Director of Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, at Meeting Room 1203, Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University.
The visit was primarily coordinated by Dr. Monthip Sriratana, Director of Climate Change Research Strategies Center, National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in order to discuss for developing a collaborative research proposal on the topic “Environment Based Economics Planning at a Watershed Scale” and the possibility for academic collaborations in the future.
