The activity was hosted by Fukuoka Women’s University, Mahidol University and Ewha Womans University. EAT 2017 is a specialized summer study program that explores traditional and modern Asian cuisine and culture through field trips and special lectures in Bangkok, Thailand (Jul.30-Aug.5, 2017) and Fukuoka, Japan (Aug. 6-13, 2017), home to both centuries-old and modern avant-garde culinary styles.
