Hanyang University, Asian Development Bank, Development Programme and Urban Youth Academy co-organized “Asia Pacific Youth Exchange – Korea 2018” on August 12 – 20, 2018 at Hanyang University, ERICA campus and Seoul campus, South Korea.
This aim of this programme are to improve young people’s understanding in localized Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiatives, by working with multiple stakeholders in local communities and in decision-making process, selected youth delegates are given a unique opportunity to learn and hone the skills necessary to participate in Sustainable Development Goals related activities.
The programme will be attended by participants from various countries and agencies involved in established in 3 countries including South Korea, The Philippines and Thailand in addition to be a host for representatives from over 25 countries of Asia Pacific.
For representatives from Mahidol University, Thailand delegation led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Jongdee To-im, Advisor for Student Affairs, Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies as an observer of APYE Korea Programme and two selected students from Mahidol University Student Organizations as participants, Ms. Montipa Chueamwarasart, Vice President of Mahidol university Student Council, and Ms. Narisa Kovitaya, Mahidol University Student Association International Affair, they are both students of Mahidol University International College.
