Sustainability Seminar “LCA and policy on food, fuel and climate change: The Tools towards Thailand 4.0”

On 6 February 2017, at Room 411, Mahidol Learning Center (MLC), Mahidol University, Assoc. Prof. Kitikorn Charmondusit, Vice President for Environment and Sustainable Development presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar “LCA and policy on food, fuel and climate change: The Tools towards Thailand 4.0”. This seminar was hosted by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering.

This public seminar is a part of two projects “Research Network for LCA and Policy on Food, Fuel and Climate Change (2012-2017)” and “Network for Research and Innovation for Trade and Production of Sustainable Food and Bioenergy (2017-2022)” funded by National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). The main aim of this seminar is to illustrate how LCA and other sustainability tools can be applied to support future decisions of government and food and bioenergy industry towards Thailand 4.0.
