On February 16, 2026, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, organized an orientation program for full time instructors of the BSN to PhD Program, Doctor of Philosophy Program in Nursing Science (International Program). This program is a collaboration between Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University, in partnership with the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, Case Western Reserve University, USA.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered welcoming remarks to the instructors participating in the program. Associate Professor Dr. Manee Arpanantikul, Chair of the working committee of the Program, presented the background and structure of the program, including the study plan, learning outcomes, teaching and learning management, evaluations, as well as the roles and responsibilities of program instructors and the dissertation process. The program aims to develop researchers and nursing leaders at the international level.
Faculty members from the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University, also participated in the program.
The event took place at the Medical Learning Resource Center and Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building, Room 611, 6th Floor.
