A delegation from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) participated in the Active Recruitment and Direct Admissions program in Kunming, Yunnan Province, People’s Republic of China on February 9 – 12, 2026. The initiative aimed to promote MUIC’s international programs and proactively recruit qualified students at the international level.
Led by Dr. Prateep Wongverayut, Associate Dean for Administration, the MUIC delegation administered written examinations and conducted interviews for prospective applicants.
The admission activities were carried out by faculty members and staff from the Humanities and Language Division, the Preparation Center for Languages and Mathematics (PC), and the Admissions and Testing Unit at the Yunnan Around Asia International Educational Center (YAAE).
In addition, the delegation promoted MUIC through local media engagements in Kunming and delivered informational sessions on MUIC’s undergraduate international programs to prospective students and their parents. The sessions provided comprehensive guidance on studying in Thailand and aimed to broaden educational opportunities for international students.
