On 10 February 2021, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, the President of Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication, participated in the Pre-summit Preparation Meeting of the Osaka University Partner Summit hosted by Prof. NISHIO Shojiro, President of Osaka University. Also joining the session were Prof. Dr. Jouke de Vries, President of University of Groningen, and Prof. KAWAHARA Genta, Executive Vice President, Osaka University.
The Osaka University Partner Summit will be held on 30 April 2021 to cerebrate the 90th Anniversary of Osaka University and 100th Anniversary of Osaka University of Foreign Studies. The Summit’s theme is “The Role of Universities in Facing Societal Challenges and Recovering from COVID-19”.
