MUIC Conducts Customer Service Training for Salaya Community

Mahidol University International College (MUIC) conducted a training workshop on personality development and service-mindedness for officers and staff of Salaya Sub-district Administration and private companies in the area on December 8, 2016.

The three-hour seminar, organized by the Social Engagement Unit, had Ajarn Natetra Dhevabanchachai, General Manager, Salaya Pavilion Hotel and Training Center and Lecturer of MUIC’s Travel Industry Management Division as resource speaker.

The participants learned much about personality development, customer service, hospitality and other things to help improve their work performance and also enhance the image of their respective organizations. They expressed their appreciation to Ajarn Natetra for helping them learn a lot of valuable lessons.
