Berlin School of Economics and Law and MUIC initiate the new collaboration in Startup Business

On May 28, 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phitaya Charupoonphol, Dean and his team from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) joined a special meeting with Prof. Dr. Harald Gleißner, Deputy President of Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) and his team to extend collaboration between the two institutions. BSEL and MUIC have signed student exchange MOU since 2014 and the activity under this MOU has been very active. Since winter 2014, there were more than 10 students from MUIC travelling to BSEL as outbound students with scholarships and, vice versa, almost 10 students from BSEL have travelled to MUIC as inbound students. Both institutions agreed to enhance collaborations in the international research project and faculty mobility activity in Entrepreneurship and Tourism management disciplines. Moreover, the new platform in providing education with industry including start-up was also discussed. Both parties agreed to study on the details of the discussed issues and to initiate the new areas of collaborations in the near future.
