On 1st November 2017, His Excellency Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, the Ambassador of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Thailand, and Mr. Kamran Dhangal, Second Secretary, paid a courtesy call to Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, Acting President of Mahidol University, together with Clin. Prof. Suwat Benjaponpitak, Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Acting Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication.
On this occasion, the meeting focused on many aspects of the higher education system in Thailand in comparison to Pakistan. H.E. Asim Iftikhar Ahmad also discussed further about the opportunities to strengthen the academic collaboration between the two countries. It was a very productive and fruitful meeting.
