On 13 January 2026, Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D, Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, of Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr.Patreeya Kitcharoen, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Corporate Communication, and Student Affairs, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, welcomed a delegation from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
The University of Reading delegation comprised Prof. Sarah Cardey, Professor of International Development; Dr. Jo Davies, Associate Professor of International Development; and Dr. Lamma Zghoul, Senior Global Partnerships Manager. The meeting focused on discussions regarding collaborative initiatives, including a Mobility Summer Program and a Staff Exchange Program. The discussion was held at Dr. Somsak Leesawatrakul Meeting Room, Office of the President, Mahidol University.
On this occasion, the delegation from the University of Reading also met with Assoc. Prof. Dale Alan Konstanz, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Mahidol University International College, to discuss potential collaboration under the 4+1 Program and the development of a Progression to Master’s Degree pathway, aimed at strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions. The meeting took place at Mahidol University International College.
