On July 25, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, served as a speaker on the topic of “Nurse-Driven Sustainable Healthcare: Innovation, Holistic Care, and Research,” which reflected the important role of nurses in driving the sustainability of the healthcare system through innovation, holistic care, and research, at the “Joint Conference in Medical Sciences 2025 Chula-Rama-Siriraj-Thammasat.” The conference was co-hosted by four leading institutions: Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University; Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University; Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital; and Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the birth of HRH Princess Srinagarindra, held from July 23 to 25, 2025, at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre, CentralWorld.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Phachongchit Kraithaworn, Assistant Dean for Health Promotion and Instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, together with RN. Orawan Pichitchaipitak, Assistant Dean for Health Promotion, and Mr. Rangsima Pornsopin, a sports scientist, served as speakers on the topic of “Good Nutrition, Active Movement, Stay Positive — Good Health Is Within Reach If You Care Every Day,” which aimed to share knowledge on holistic health promotion. Faculty members from Ramathibodi School of Nursing, general public, public health volunteers, and nursing personnel attended the session.
The conference aimed to promote collaboration in the development of medical and public health innovations, and to support the theme “Harmony in Health: Innovating for Sustainable Medicine,” which aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event also served as an academic platform for exchanging knowledge in nursing, helping to keep pace with the evolving healthcare systems in Thailand and globally in a sustainable manner.
