On May 7, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Suchira Chaiviboontham, Deputy Director for Administration of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and RN Orawan Warapapong, Deputy Head of Nursing Services Division, Ramathibodi Hospital, presided over the event. Dr. Saowaros Kongcheep, Assistant Dean for Cooperation between Education and Nursing Services of Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and Chairperson of the International Nurses Day 2025 Organizing Committee, delivered the event report.
At the event, there was a special discussion titled “Nursing Power to Change the World” by Professor Dr. Noppawan Piaseu, Deputy Dean for Health Promotion, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, and Instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, along with the representatives from “The Purple Flour Health Team”– Mr. Jirapong Pimathai, Mr. Rawit Thuanthaisong, and Mr. Phichai Namkhun, third-year nursing students from the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, Ramathibodi School of Nursing; Ms. Ariyaporn Limkamontip, a Registered Nurse (Ton-Kla Dok-Kaewnurse) from the Division of Adult and Gerontological Nursing; and RN Nonphan Chalermveroj, Perioperative Nursing Section, Nursing Services Division, RamathibodiHospital, participated as panelists in the discussion. Dr. Jantra Keawpugdee, an Instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, and RN Ranida Tulawipa, Nursing Inspector at Ramathibodi Hospital, served as moderators.
In addition, a cultural performance was presented by “Nattaya RAMA” club from Ramathibodi nursing students. RN Usa Jainuk, Head of Nursing Services Division, Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital, had the honor of conducting a lucky draw and presenting prizes to 25 lucky winners. The atmosphere of the event was filled with joy, smiles, and warmth shared among all participants.
