On October 21, 2025, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, in collaboration with the Nursing Division of Ramathibodi Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, organized the event on the occasion of “National Nurses Day 2025.” The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, who graciously delivered a royal homage speech and laid a floral wreath in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra. The event was joined by RN Orawan Warapapong, Director of the Nursing Division, Ramathibodi Hospital, who co-chaired the event.
On this occasion, Dr. Saowaros Kongcheep, Assistant Dean for Cooperation between Education and Nursing Services and Instructor from the Division of Adult and Gerontological Nursing delivered a report, along with Mr. Passakorn Sirapattananone, Head of Ramathibodi School of Nursing Administration Division, who served as the master of ceremonies.
This year, the National Nurses Day event was held as part of an annual tradition to pay homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra (the Royal Grandmother.) The event featured a royal exhibition, a video presentation titled “The Royal Grandmother and Her Contributions to Medicine and Public Health,” a special discussion under the theme “The Role of Thai Nurses towards Health of Thai People and Providing Social Services.” The distinguished speakers, including Professor Dr. Noppawan Piaseu, Deputy Dean for Health Promotion, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and Instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing; Associate Professor Dr. Manee Arpanantikul, an Instructor from Division of Fundamental Nursing; RN Tipanetr Ngamkala (APN in Geriatrics), Nursing Division of Ramathibodi Hospital; and Ms. Jareerat Boonpok, an outstanding Ramathibodi Nursing alumna recognized for her contributions to social service (NR 21). The panel was moderated by Dr. Jantra Keawpugdee, an Instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing; RN Ranida Tulawipa, Nursing Inspector, Critical Care Nursing Section 2; and RN Atchara Ponchai, Head of Surgical Semi-Intensive Care Ward, Critical Care Nursing Section 1.
The event was well-attended by faculty members, nurses, healthcare personnel, and interested participants.
