On March 19, 2025, Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, President of Mahidol University, along with Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University, extended a warm welcome to Prof. Peter Lennie, Executive Director of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), at the Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
During the meeting, the discussion focussed on potential academics and research collaborations in the key areas, such as Drug Discovery, Herbal Medicine, Health Economy, and Functional Food. In addition, the meeting also highlighted the cooperation on research and development of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) between Mahidol University and WUN member universities.
