Mahidol University, in collaboration with Macquarie University, Successfully Hosted the Information Session for the Macquarie – Mahidol Seed Grant 2025

On February 10, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Ph.D., Vice President for Research, Mahidol University, and Prof. Simon Handley, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Graduate Research, Macquarie University, officially opened the Information Session for the Macquarie – Mahidol Seed Grant 2025, which was organized by the Global Partnerships Division, Mahidol University, and the Graduate Research Academy, Macquarie University, Australia, via the Zoom Meeting platform.

The purpose of this session was to provide valuable insights into the Seed Grant 2025, featuring presentations by the 2022-2023 Seed Grant Recipients. During the event, the recipients had shared their experiences and outcomes from the previous rounds of the grant while also promoting the upcoming 2025 Seed Grant. The session was attended by participants from both universities across various research fields and received positive feedback for its informative content and engaging discussions.

The Macquarie – Mahidol Seed Grant initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between the two universities and support innovative research projects. With the next round of applications for the 2025 Seed Grant approaching, the event highlighted the opportunities available for researchers to apply for funding and further their projects.
