On 23th – 27th March, 2025 Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University and Vice President of Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE), together with Asst. Prof. Dale Konstanz, Associate Dean for International Affairs, Mahidol University International College and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Claus Schreier, Assistant Dean for Research and Academic Services, Mahidol University International College participated in the APAIE 2025 Conference and Exhibition by O.P Jindal Global University, with the theme of “Cultivating Global Citizens for the Future: The Higher Education Imperative in the Asia Pacific and Beyond” where is under the support of educational institutions from both government and private sectors from various countries. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. C. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University, India started with a warm greeting speech, along with Prof. Venky Shankararaman, President, Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) and Vice Provost (Education), Singapore Management University, Republic of Singapore presided over the meeting and was honored by Mr. Shri Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Laureate Prof. Dr. Virander Singh Chauhan, Chancellor of GITAM Deemed to be University, and Dr. Pankaj Mittal, Secretary General of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) gave the special discourse on this conference over and above the executive committee and representatives from leading higher education institutions worldwide honored us with their presence at this time to encourage international educational cooperation, promote joint activities and academic exchanges among higher education institutions and educational institutions in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as promote connections with other regions at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), Delhi, India.

Jindal Global University, delivered the welcome address, while Prof. Venky Shankararaman, President of the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) and Vice Provost (Education) at Singapore Management University, Republic of Singapore, officiated the opening of the conference. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Shri Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Laureate Prof. Dr. Virander Singh Chauhan, Chancellor of GITAM Deemed to be University, and Dr. Pankaj Mittal, Secretary General of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) who delivered special keynote addresses during the opening ceremony. The conference was also graced by senior executives and representatives from leading higher education institutions around the world. The event featured various engaging activities, such as workshops, academic paper presentations, educational exhibitions, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering academic collaborations among leaders of top educational institutions.
