On 11 June 2025, Professor Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, President of Mahidol University along with Mahidol Vice Presidents and Deans warmly welcomed H.E. Robert F. Godec, Ambassador of the United States to Thailand, Dr. Jacqueline Mourot, Cultural and Education Attaché, and Ms. Supienpitch Pornruekgam, Public Diplomacy Specialist in Education and Policy, from the U.S. Embassy Bangkok, Thailand.
The purpose of the meeting was to explore opportunities for academic, research, and capacity building collaboration in various areas, including partnerships with higher education institutions, access to U.S. research funding sources, and student and personnel exchange programs.
Executives from Mahidol University and affiliated faculties and departments participated in the discussion, which took place in the Professor Emeritus Dr. Natee Rakpolmuang Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
