On November 6, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, presided over the opening of an online academic conference titled “Cardiac Care Conference: Advancing Excellence in Nursing Practice: A Collaboration between Ramathibodi School of Nursing and Thainakarin Hospital” which was held from November 6 to 7, 2025. On this occasion, Clinical Professor Dr. Thipachart Punyaratabandhu, Hospital Director and Medical Director of Thainakarin Hospital, graciously delivered the welcoming remarks at Thainakarin Hospital.
Medical instructors from the Department of Medicine, Department of Surgery, and Division of Nutrition, together with advanced practice nurses from the Nursing Division of Ramathibodi Hospital and nursing faculty members from Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, along with medical instructors and advanced practice nurses from Thainakarin Hospital, served as speakers for the conference.
They shared their knowledge and understanding, including exchanging knowledge about the development and enhancement of up-to-date knowledge in cardiovascular diseases, applying the knowledge or related skills to ensure that patients receive safe and appropriate care. The conference also aimed to raise awareness of international standards in cardiac care and nursing practice, fostering high-quality and effective patient care.
The conference attracted a large number of participants, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, advanced practice nurses, and nursing instructors from various healthcare institutions and nursing schools across Thailand, both from the public and private sectors.
