On October 10, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Suphanna Krongthaeo, Assistant Director for Technology, Digital, and Information, and Dr. Ratchanok Phonyiam, an instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing, along with faculty members, personnel, and third-year nursing students of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, led a group of 12 lecturer and nursing students from the University of Newcastle, Australia, on a study visit. The group observed the teaching and learning management, including facilities such as the Smart Classroom and VR technology. They also visited the learning support facilities at Meeting Room 611, 6th Floor, Medical Learning Resource Center and Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building
Later, Dr. Porawan Witwaranukool, an instructor from the Division of Adult and Gerontological Nursing, Dr. Ratchanok Phonyiam, an instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing, and Yada Meechusin, RN, from the Division of Community Health Nursing, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, took the group to visit Mahasawat community at Mahasawat Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province.
The objective was to learn about the nursing system at Ramathibodi Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and the public health system in Thailand from October 8 to 10, 2024.
