On January 18, 2024, Mr. Daniel Pieter Adisorn Vijfwinkel, a fourth-year Bachelor of Nursing student from Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, participated in the “2024 KCT Global Student Nurse Seminar” together with nursing students from Republic of Korea and Canada via Zoom meeting which organized by Yonsei Nursing to be Global leaders (NTG) Yonsei University College of Nursing. The main objectives of the seminar were to present and exchange information about nursing education in each country, brainstorm ideas for developing nursing education, and exchange experiences among the participants from Thailand, the Republic of Korea, and Canada. During the seminar, a representative from Thailand presented an overview of the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program in Thailand, including extra-curricular activities such as the Nursing Students Alliance of Thailand (NSAT) and the Student Exchange Program with international institutions. The representative also shared opinions on interesting issues about the profession, such as professional laws for nurses in the Republic of Korea and the migration of nurses from many Asian countries.
