On 10th September 2024, Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University, together with Dr. Jetsada Arnin, Acting Assistant to the President for Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattaraporn Posoknistakul, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Special Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Natachai Wongchavalidkul, Lecturer of Railway Transportation System Program, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, held an online meeting for the exploration of potential collaborations with Dr. Jacob Thompson, Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate and High-Impact Education, Dr. Yingtao Jiang, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs, College of Engineering, Ms. Lindsey Gruber, Executive Director of International Student and Scholar Services, and Mr. Marty Bennett, Director of Global Recruitment and Partnerships, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), USA.
The discussion focused on academic and research collaborations, including the exchange of Visiting Scholars, and the Industrial Internship programs for students in Computer Science program between the UNLV and the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. This meeting was conducted virtually via the Zoom Meeting platform.
