Mahidol University, in Collaboration with China Medical University (CMU), Co-Organized “The 4th MU-CMU Joint Symposium”, and Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of Both Universities at China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan)

On 19th January 2024, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, together with Prof. Mien–Chie Hung, President of China Medical University, jointly delivered welcome remarks to the participants at “The 4^th CMU–MU Joint Symposium”. This conference was co-organized by Mahidol University, in collaboration with China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan), for the purpose of academic and research sharing in Medical Science, Pharmacy, and Public Health. On this occasion, Ms. Mondhakarn Oprasertsawat, M.D., Vice President for Nakhonsawan Campus Project, Mahidol University, along with executives and faculties from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, the Faculty of Public Health, and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, participated in this event at China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan).

Additionally, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., on behalf of Mahidol University, and Prof. Mien–Chie Hung, on behalf of China Medical University, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which provides the cooperation between both universities on Dual Degree programs in all fields of Medical Science for Master’s degree (M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy’s degree (Ph.D.) students, Joint research projects in all fields of Medical Science, including to student, staff and researcher exchange programs, and academic materials and other information sharing. On this MOU signing ceremony, Ms. Mondhakarn Oprasertsawat, M.D., Vice President for Nakhonsawan Campus Project, Mahidol University, and Prof. Liang–Yo Yang, Dean, Office of Global Affairs, China Medical University, also signed as witnesses of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
