On September 19, 2023, Assistant Professor Pichaya Thongpo, Deputy Director of Technology, Digital and Corporate Communication, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, participated in the talk and honored to give a lecture on “Integrated metaverse in medical education and healthcare: IT and MD perspectives” under the theme “PRE – CONGRESS RIAC RAMATHIBODI INNOVATIONS FORUM 2023” held by Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital.
Professor Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., Dean of Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, presided over the event, along with Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of Faculty of Engineering; and Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, gave opening remarks; and Professor M.L. Chagriya Kitiyakara, Head of Medical Innovations Development (MIND) Center, gave a briefing of the event.
This year, faculty and nursing students from Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, had a booth to display their innovations together with Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University and also submitted their works in the idea pitching contest.
