On Tuesday 3rd September 2019, Assoc. Prof. Rong-Fu Kuo, Deputy Director Department of Biomedical Engineering, Medical Device Innovation Center, paid a visit to the Director of Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, Prof. Dr. Pattarachai Kiratisin and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Waranun Buajeeb and Deputy Dean for Research, the Faculty of Dentistry, Associate Professor Dr. Rudee Surarit.
The discussion with Institute for Technology and Innovation Management focused on the collaboration such as Medical device industry, Joint Research, and the use of the University’s hospitals to promote a Thai medical-related industry. While the meeting with the Faculty of Dentistry focused on the progress of their experiment on medical devices to reduce amount of saliva, the device to detect oral cancer and other dental instruments development. Both meetings were very productive, beneficial and fruitful.
