Seventy members of the Volunteer Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) attended a Volunteer Camp at Watchantarungsrithaworn School, Kabin Buri, Prachinburi province on December 11-20, 2017.
Among the students’ tasks were renovating the classrooms, restrooms, canteen, and playground of the school. By participating in this 10-day camp, students have learned to give back to society and to cope effectively with problems and obstacles in real life. They also created a good relationship with the local community. This also proved to be a good starting point for developing the volunteers’ sense of social responsibility.
