Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, along with Professor Dr. Noppawan Piaseu, Deputy Dean for Health Promotion, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and Instructor in the Division of Community Health Nursing, attended an academic conference titled “South-East Asia Physical Activity Conference (SEAPAC 2025),” held from November 5 to 7, 2025.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Wantana Maneesriwongul and faculty members from the Community Health Nursing Division of Ramathibodi School of Nursing presented the project “Physical Activity Promotion in Vulnerable Children” at the Symposium: Active Children, Active Futures: Research and Development initiatives. The project is funded by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) under the Children and Youth Physical Activity Studies (CYPAS). It is a collaborative effort with Assistant Professor Dr. Areekul Amornsriwatanakul from the College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University, and the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection, Ministry of Justice, along with other public and private organizations. The team also joined in a collective declaration of intent to drive national policies to promote physical activity among children and youth at the symposium “From Vision to Action: Driving Sustainable Actions for Active Children.”
