The lectures were divided into three sessions as follows:
Session 1: Dementia Care
– Professor Dr. Li Hong, Vice President and Dean of School of Nursing, Fujian Medical University, delivered a lecture on “Non-Pharmacological Interventions for Older Adults with Cognitive Impairments.”
– Assistant Professor Dr. Sirirat Leelacharas, an instructor from the Division of Adult and Gerontological Nursing, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, delivered a lecture on “Support for Caregivers and Families of People with Dementia.”
Session 2: Maternal Care
– Professor Dr. Song Jihong, Head of Department of Midwifery, Fujian Medical University, delivered a lecture on “Training Program for Midwifery Professionals in FJMU.”
– Assistant Professor Dr. Streerut Thadakant, Chair of the Division of Maternal Newborn Nursing and Midwifery, and Assistant Dean for Educational Affairs, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, and Dr. Shuleeporn Prohm, an instructor from the Division of Maternal Newborn Nursing and Midwifery, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, delivered a lecture on “Training Program for Midwifery Professionals in Mahidol University: Undergraduate and Postgraduate Levels.”
Session 3: Lung Cancer
– Professor Dr. Huang Feifei, Deputy Head of Department of Fundamental Nursing, Fujian Medical University, delivered a lecture on “Developing a Comprehensive Health Management Model for Lung Cancer: From Prevention to Survivorship.”
– Associate Professor Dr. Phachongchit Kraithaworn, an instructor from the Division of Community Health Nursing, Ramathibodi School of Nursing and Assistant Dean for Health Promotion, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, delivered a lecture on “Community Empowerment for Lung Cancer Prevention, Bangkok, Thailand”
The event was attended by faculty, nurses, registered nurses, students, and other interested participants
