On 16th July 2024, Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University, together with Asst. Prof. Yuthana Udomphorn, M.D., Dean of College of Sports Science and Technology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trakarn Prapaspongsa, Director of Doctor of Philosophy Program in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering (International Program), Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Chanokporn Puapattanakun, Director of Center for Life-integrated Learning, Mahidol University extended a warm welcome to Prof. Karen Nelson, Provost of the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, on the occasion of university visitation and to explore potential academic and research collaborations with Mahidol University, including the curriculum development in Micro–credentials for students in the General Education with the Center for Life–integrated Learning of Mahidol University, the collaborations in Strength and Conditioning with the College of Sports Science and Technology, the Water Resources Management with the Faculty of Engineering, and training programs on Paramedic for student and staff with the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. The discussion also explored further collaborations on Cotutelle and Joint Supervision Programs, and the exchange of students and staff of the two universities. The meetings took place at Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
