On 29th May 2024, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, along with Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication, and Dr. Jetsada Arnin, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Corporate Communications, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, welcomed Prof. Qian Xuhong, President of East China Normal University, Prof. Li Yanlei, Deputy Director of University Office, East China Normal University, Prof. Jiang Biao, Director and Chief Scientist Officer of Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovation Cooperation Center Bangkok (CASICCB), and the delegation from East China Normal University (ECNU), People’s Republic of China, and Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovation Cooperation Center Bangkok (CASICCB), on the occasion of a university visit and to explore potential collaborations on academic and research with Mahidol University, including the collaborations on Biomedical Engineering, Genetics, Synthetic Biology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Management, the students and academic staff exchange programs, the Joint Research Projects in the fields of mutual interest, and to expand for future collaborations with the Institute for Innovative Learning, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. The meeting took place at the 515 Meeting Room, Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, along with the executive team, also welcomed and led the executives and the delegation from East China Normal University (ECNU) and Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovation Cooperation Center Bangkok (CASICCB) to visit various kinds of the laboratories of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University.
