Mahidol University Participated in the First Networking Meeting for the “Digital Intelligence International Development Education Alliance (DI-IDEA)” Via an Online Platform

On 29^th February 2024, Asst. Prof. Thatchavee Leelawat, Ph.D., Vice President for Information Technology and Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University, participated in the “Digital Intelligence International Development Education Alliance (DI–IDEA)”, the first networking meeting on digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) for education. The objective of this meeting was to introduce members of the alliance to the advisory committee, outlining the alliance’s operational framework, and strategizing activities for the year 2024. On this occasion, Prof. Gong Qihuang, President of Peking University, the People’s Republic of China, chaired the event, which attracted key executives and representatives from educational institutions worldwide. The meeting was conducted virtually via the Zoom Meeting platform, facilitating global participation and collaboration.
