On May 22, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Jumpee Granger, Deputy Director for International Relations, Assistant Professor Dr. Streerut Thadakant, Deputy Director of Policy, Planning, and Management at Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital, Assistant Professor Dr. Wilai Napa, Assistant Director of Special Affairs (Arts and Cultural preservation), and Nursing Instructor, Division of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, and Instructor Dr. Aporacha Lumdabwong, Assistant Director of Quality and Risk Management, and Nursing Instructor, Division of Fundamental, Associate Professor Dr. Phichpraorn Youngcharoen, Nursing Instructor, Division of Adult and Gerontological Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamonrat Kittipimpanon, Vice Chair, Division of Community Health Nursing of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, traveled to have a collaboration in education at the undergraduate level and visited the training sites at the School of Nursing, Kunming Medical University, the People’s Republic of China, from May 21 to 24, 2023.
The visit was honored by Professor Dr. Zeng Yong, the President of the Hospital, Professor Liang Hongmin, Vice President of the Hospital, Professor Tian Ying, Director of Nursing Department, Associate Professor Dr. Ma Fang, Vice Director of Nursing Department, and Associate Professor Yang Chunmei, Vice Director of Nursing Department from Kunming Medical University in welcoming the delegates from Ramathibodi School of Nursing. The objectives of the visit were to strengthen the collaborations in education at the undergraduate level between Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University and Kunming Medical University.
After that, the delegates from Ramathibodi School of Nursing visited all nursing training sites, including the clinical and community placement at hospital “the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.
