Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, arranged training program on “The Management Development in Nursing, Batch 3” from March 31 to May 27, 2023. Assistant Professor Dr. Piyawan Pokpalagon, Assistant Director of Academic Service, gave a briefing program report.
The training was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, the Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, who presided over the opening of the training and gave a first lecture on “Leadership in the new normal: Practice and Research”
This training was organized to enhance the nurse leaders’ knowledge, skills, and competencies in nursing and clinical management based on the principles of good governance, business management in nursing, and leadership skills. Also, for training the nurse leaders to be able to appropriately manage nursing organizations amid changes in the era of disruptive technology and cultural diversity.
