On 18 August 2023, Osaka – Mahidol International Office was officially opened by Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, President of Mahidol University, Prof. TANAKA Manabu, Executive Vice President, Global Engagement, Facilities and EXPO 2025 of Osaka University, witnessed by Prof. YAMAMOTO Beverley Anne, Executive Vice President, International Affairs (Education) of Osaka University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication, Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, Dean of Mahidol University International College, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Palangpon Kongsaeree, Dean of Faculty of Science, Asst. Prof. Aphiwit Liang-itsara, Dean of Faculty of Liberal Arts and the executives from Faculty of Tropical Medicine and Faculty of Physical Therapy. Osaka – Mahidol International Office is located on the 1st Floor of the Office of the President building. The office aims to support collaboration between Osaka University and Mahidol University and to promote students and staff mobility program.
On this occasion, Prof. TANAKA Manabu and Prof. YAMAMOTO Beverley Anne along with the delegation from Osaka University had a chance to visit 3 key faculties of the Mahidol University – Osaka University Joint Campus: Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Science and Faculty of Tropical Medicine.
