Mahidol University Participates in AUN-TEPL Steering Committee Meeting Discussing on the 2nd AUN-TEPL Symposium and the Cooperation Report between AUN-TEPL and AUN-HRE

On April 23, 2021, Asst. Prof. NoppholPausawasdi, Ph.D., Director of Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, as the representative of Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mahidol University, participated in AUN-TEPL Steering Committee Meeting. In this event, Assoc. Prof. Lieven Demeester, Director of Centre for Teaching, Singapore Management University, and
Dr. Amira Firdaus from Universiti Malaya also joined the meeting and discussed regarding the topic for the 2nd AUN-TEPL Symposium which Mahidol University is honored to be the host in November 2021. The objective of the symposium is to be the place for Education Technology experts from Thailand and overseas institutions to share beneficial notions and aspects for online education. On this occasion, the result of the cooperation between AUN-TEPL and AUN-HRE in data gathering and sharing on MERLOT, which is a significant achievement of the network on promoting Technology-Enhanced Personalized Learning, was reported.

AUN-TEPL (Technology-Enhanced Personalized Learning) is the cooperation among Singapore Management University, Singapore, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, and Mahidol University, Thailand, to promote and support the use of technology in personalized online learning through several paths, for example, AUN-TEPL Symposium, Webinar series, Inter-university research collaboration, knowledge sharing on website: MERLOT.org and several workshops.
