The 8th Executive Seminar in Thailand 2020, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts

Business Administration Division and Project Development Unit Mahidol University International College (MUIC), in collaboration with MBA Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Switzerland, held the 8th Executive Seminar in Thailand on February 16-22, 2020.

The program has been hosted by MUIC once a year since 2014, participated by mid executives and CEOs working for companies in Switzerland.

During the program, apart from the lectures from MUIC lecturers, participants had an opportunity to visit The Embassy of Switzerland with a huge honor, receiving a warm welcome and useful and informative session from Ms. Helene Budliger Artieda, Ambassador of Switzerland to the Kingdom of Thailand, the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

The participants also had an opportunity to get the information on the Sustainable Development in Asia from visiting the United Nations Conference Center (UNCC).  Fruitful lectures from Riccardo MESIANO, PhD, Ms. Sara Libera Zanetti, Mr. Samiuddin Ahmed and Ms.Julia Mueller, also an afternoon session from Dr. Alberto Isgut which will assist the participants greatly in the future career.

Moreover, the visits to successful companies in various fields with presentations from the honor speakers – Cho Heng Rice Vermicelli (Khun Kaisin Vosurakrai, Executive Director), Thai President Foods PCL (Khun Lalida Chumsantea, Researcher), Bosch (Khun Zafer Kara, Managing Director and his team), Cape Dara (Khun Surat Mekavarakul, President of Cape Dara Resort) – have been arranged for the participants so that they would see the whole picture of running business from the insider.

With this program receiving very positive feedback, MUIC expressed hopes that all the participants had precious and productive experiences and gained much knowledge during their stay in Thailand.
