Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University Administrative Board led by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Pratap Singhasivanon visited to Nepal during 6-9 March 2019. This visit was aimed to strengthening relationships between Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University and its partners in Nepal. In this visit delegates has made courtesy call to HE Dr. Surendra Kumar Yadav, Minister of Health and Population at the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal and Hon. Mr.Giriraj Mani Pokharel, Minister of Education, Sciences and Sports at the Ministry of Education, Sciences and Sports of Nepal following by the MOU singing ceremony between the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University and the Institute of Sciences and Technology, Tribhuvan University.
Moreover, delegates also visited Manmohan Memorial Institute of Health Science (MMIHS), Central Department of Microbiology, Institute of Sciences & Technology, National Public Health Laboratory of Nepal, Sukaraj Tropical and Infectious Diseases Hospital, National Tuberculosis Centre and Kathmandu University, School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS).
