On the 27th June 2019, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, Acting President of Mahidol University with Dr. Choltis Dhirathiti, Executive Director of ASEAN University Network (AUN), Dr. Nuttapun Supaka, Acting Director, Partnership and International Relations Section, Thai Health Promotion Foundation, and Prof. Dr. Chartchalerm Isarankura-Na-Ayudhya, Dean of Faculty of Medical Technology as the Chairman of ASEAN Rating on Healthy University (AHRU) have given a press conference on promoting Healthy University Framework.
In this occasion, Mahidol University and Thai Health Promotion Foundation have extended their Memorandum of Understanding to further collaboration in promoting universities in Thailand and in ASEAN to become Healthy University.
This ceremony has been honored by distinguished quests led by Dr. Wiwat Rojanapithayakorn, Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network – Health Promotion Network, Prof. Arnel Onesimo Uy, Vice Chancellor for Administration of De La Salle University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Djagal Wiseso Marseno, Vice Rector for Education of Universitas Gadjah Mada, and Prof. Buenalyn Teresita M. Ramos-Mortel from Department of Health Promotion and Education, University of the Philippines in Manila.
