On the 18th April 2018, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., Acting President of Mahidol University, together with the administrative team at the Office of the President, including Assoc. Prof. Thanya Subhadrabandhu, M.D., Acting Vice President for Human Resources, Assoc. Prof. Preecha Soontranan, M.D., Acting Vice President for Student Affairs and Alumni, Assoc. Prof. Chuthamanee Suthisisang, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Policy and Planning, Prof. Ruengpung Sutthent, M.D., Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Research, Assoc. Prof. Sompop Prathanturarug, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Quality Development, and Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication, welcomed Prof. Tan Eng Chye, President of National University of Singapore (NUS), Dr. Lily Chan, Chief Executive Officer, NUS Enterprise, Prof. Victor Shim, Associate Vice President for Global Relations Office, Prof. Wong Poh Kam, Director, NUS Entrepreneurship Centre, and Prof. Titima Suthiwan, Director, Center for Language Studies, at Meeting Room 217, 2nd Floor, Mahidol Learning Center, Salaya Campus. The objective of this visit is to discuss with Mahidol University about innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialization, while exploring opportunity and mechanism to further collaborate in such issues in educational manner.
Also, Prof. Pattarachai Kiratisin, M.D., Ph.D., Director, Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, Mahidol University and executives from Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Faculty of Nursing and Institute of Molecular Biosciences joined the meeting to demonstrate their relevant successful experiences and showcases.
